Summer Essentials Part 1 by Finn W

H A P P Y S U M M E R to everyone at every part of the world!!!!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Summer so far! I live in a country where it is Summer all year long. This post is in collaboration with the lovely Joann, a Canadian based beauty blogger. I thought that writing this collab post is an opportunity to show you guys what my choice of Summer essentials are, especially to you my friends who are living in countries that are experiencing seasonal changes. You can find more Summer essentials at Joann's blog, she posted Part 2 of our Summer Essentials blog post collab there! Without further due, lets move on to my first pick for Summer;

Sunscreens are not just a MUST, but they are a NEED. Choose a sunscreen that provides a high number of SPF that is accompanied with high PA rankings. For example, the higher the + symbol is after the PA, the better protection it will provide against sun rays. Remember to apply sunscreens at least 30 minutes before going out and reapply after every 2 ~ 3 hours.

Just a precaution, do not stay under the sun too long to an extend that you burned your skin. Believe me, you will have a hard time recovering from the burn, your skin will be dry and experience shedding, and the tan lines might just be permanent, I am speaking from a personal experience here, my arm sleeves appear darker than the rest of my body. I will never go out without sunscreens since then. So, be fully equipped with sunscreen, guys!

Products featured - Etude House Sunprise Natural Corrector SPF50+ PA+++ and Fruit Of The Earth Block Up SPF50 Waterproof Kids Sunscreen.

You are now equipped with sunscreens, the next thing you might want to do is to look good under the sun like a Sun Goddess (Sun Goddess don't exist, hence you can be the Sun Goddess yourself). BB Cushions can be general and has alot of varieties, but I want to be specific for Summer. I've been testing out a few cushions under a hot climate, so far, the Laneige BB Cushion Pore Control is like the best cushion ever for the climate. It provides good coverage without looking cakey, long lasting, has cooling effect, semi-matte finish, has sunscreen of SPF50 PA+++, what else can sound better than this? My second summer essential, it definitely make me look good, too.

Aloe Vera gels are like life saviors at the end of the day, which is why it is in my summer essentials. It helps to soothe any burn, heat, irritation, wounds and redness that you received during the day. It can also provide cooling capabilities that allow your face and body to return to its normal temperature. To maximize the effect of this, simply put it in the fridge beforehand, and you will enjoy slathering some ice cold gel on your skin. I seriously cannot live without aloe vera gels, I need to have stocks of them, I can get panicky when I run out of it.

Sunscreens, Laneige BB Cushion Pore Control and Aloe Vera gels, you guys have to treat them like bestfriends during Summer, because they sure are what you ever needed in your life. I hope this post can help you guys on making your Summer enjoyable while taking care of the skin. April Skin Magic Snow Cushion (Black) SPF50 PA+++ #23 Natural Beige Review We all have seen the most popular April Skin Magic Snow Cushion in the past few months, and its popularity is still ongoing until now. Immediate whitening, evening of skin tone and covering imperfections, who wouldn't want that? Of course, just like any other gullible person, I am intrigued by the promotional efforts and always eyeing on the cushio…

[REVIEW] Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Blackhead Out Balm

Whiteheads, blackheads and pores are such a disturbance to the face! and their developments are just inevitable! If you are looking for a mild product that can improve the appearance of whiteheads and blackheads, continue reading down below! Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Blackhead Out Balm I got the product from a local seller on Instagram. Her IG is naturecarebeauty The quoted actual price by the seller was $12. But I got it for $9 because there was a flash sale! It is stated that the images/texts on the product is printed with soy ink. I find it amusing because I never knew that soy ink can be used for printing! The ink seems to have a good quality too. The box is like made out of recycled paper. I really like the save-the-environment concept. English description, instructions and ingredients of the product. How I wish I can translate this part for you guys At first, I thought the product is a makeup base to cover the pores...but it isn't. It is a massage balm to extract the whitehea…
